1. Information we receive

Depending on how you interact with us, information may include:

• Contact and communication details: your name, email, phone, location, messages, and appointment information.
• Requested services: your goals and information you choose to provide about finances, credit, employment, business ownership, revenue, debts, assets, property, and financing needs. Some optional intake questions concern citizenship or residency, and business forms may include supporting documents you select.
• Program and team introductions: service eligibility information, discount requests, optional giveback interest, professional background, and affiliate interest.
• Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser/device details, request times, and operational logs to deliver and protect the website.

The public website does not collect card payments. Payment and account information entered in an outside provider’s system is governed by that provider’s notice and any separate service agreement.

2. How information is used and shared

We use information to answer requests, coordinate appointments, review service needs, provide agreed consulting services, communicate with you, administer requested programs, and protect our business or meet legal obligations.

Information may be shared with authorized team members and providers that support hosting, communications, scheduling, secure processing, or storage. With your authorization, relevant information may also be provided to lenders, real estate professionals, or other providers involved in the assistance you request. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

We do not sell or rent information submitted through this website. Referral links may identify us as the referral source, and we may receive compensation from the provider; this is separate from selling your intake information.

3. Forms, drafts & downloads

Guided-form answers remain in page memory while you complete the form. The form code does not automatically save financial answers in browser storage. “Save Progress” creates a password-encrypted file on your device; we do not receive or recover that password. Downloaded PDF copies are not password protected. Keep both private and remove them when no longer needed.

The business form records document availability only. Supporting files are not uploaded or attached to the PDF. Arrange delivery directly with your agent.

Contact and team/affiliate introduction forms prepare an email in your email app. You must send it there. Information then passes through your and our email providers. Do not use ordinary email for financial records, full SSNs, account/card numbers, passwords, medical records, or military IDs.

4. Outside services & cookies

Scheduling, client/business login portals, social networks, lender resources, and referral products open third-party services. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies; review them before entering information. Your browser sends technical information when visiting those sites.

This website’s custom code does not install advertising pixels or advertising cookies. Hosting and security services may use operational technologies or logs. Browser settings can help manage cookies, but restrictions may affect third-party features.

5. Security & retention

We seek to limit access to people and providers who need information for the purposes described here. No internet or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please avoid shared devices when completing confidential forms.

Guided-form PDFs are generated on your device and are not uploaded to a website document store. The delivery method you choose determines how your PDF reaches your agent.

Emails and records separately exported or retained for agreed services are kept for legitimate business needs, applicable recordkeeping duties, or resolving disputes.

6. Your choices & privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent where relevant, or opt out of certain processing such as sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling.

We may reasonably verify identity and authority before acting and will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations.

If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider through the same contacts with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will explain our response and any applicable further options. Texas consumers may also contact the Texas Attorney General. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.

7. Communications & program interest

A service inquiry or team introduction allows us to respond to that request; it is not a blanket subscription to unrelated marketing. Where we request marketing consent, you may decline or withdraw it by contacting us or using an available unsubscribe option.

Quarterly Giveback is planned, not an active drawing. Expressing interest requests a program-opening notification; it does not enter you, guarantee an award, or authorize unrelated marketing. Separate official rules and entry information will apply if it launches.

8. Children & policy updates

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The updated date will appear here, with additional notice or consent when required. This notice does not replace service agreements or any separate privacy notice that applies to a particular provider or regulated service.
